Far out, I forgot the milk

What does your usual Sunday afternoon look like?

If your family is anything like mine, Sunday’s usually involve a lot of organisation and planning, particularly meal planning and shopping for ingredients.

Who is going to be home at what times during the week dictates who will be cooking and what we will be eating. We have touch rugby practice, hockey, part-time jobs, my late working hours to consider – it’s a full schedule!

In our household, my husband is the main cook. He takes care of the big weekly shop every Sunday. This tends to cover most of our needs, but of course, like all families, we run low on items during the week.

This is where the “Life Sorted App” comes in handy.

As I come across things we need, like milk or washing powder or toilet paper, I add them straight on to our shopping list. My husband instantly receives an email and a notification on his phone letting him know these items have been added to the list.

The whole family can access this information in real-time.

So, the next time one of us pays a visit to the grocery store, we can whip out the app, check what’s on the list and tick the items off as they are purchased.

No more:

  • phone calls
  • frantic texts in the middle of dinner prep
  • struggling to remember lists in the middle of the grocery aisles
  • scraps of paper lying around that go missing
  • random, just in case, budget-blowing purchases

And, much less food waste!

We have been trialling and refining the Life Sorted app for two years now, and I have to tell you, using “Life Sorted” has made a huge difference for my family. By simply having a central place where all our lists, timetables, errands and events are accessible by everyone on their phones has been A-MAZING!

The long-awaited release of the Life Sorted App is drawing near!

If you want to live your best life, reduce the stress of family organisation and streamline your family’s daily operations, the Life Sorted App is the saviour you have been waiting for.
